New AI platform to enhance government services nationwide

The National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (Nectec) is upgrading its locally developed Pathumma large language model (LLM) into Pathumma Connect, an agentic artificial intelligence (AI) platform designed to move government services beyond answering questions to completing tasks for citizens.
