Objectif : mobiliser de nouveaux capitaux pour la SND30. Avec 3,5% de croissance en 2025, une dette à 43,7% du PIB et 88 000 milliards FCFA d'investissements à trouver, Yaoundé veut passer du potentiel aux projets bancables. C'est une offensive de charme financier que le Cameroun a menée à Londres. Les 9 et 10 septembre 2026, une délégation conduite par le Ministre des Finances, Louis Paul Motaze, a participé à un Road Show organisé avec le Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) à Marlborough House. Le message est clair : il ne s'agit plus simplement d'emprunter davantage, mais de mieux financer le développement, à travers des capitaux à coûts soutenables, des garanties et des financements mixtes basés sur le partage des risques.
